About P & D Trees
P & D Trees was established in June 2012 and provides the Central North Island and surrounding districts with a locally owned and operated tree service. P & D Trees is a family owned and operated company, and the company operates on an ethical basis. Supervisor and Lead Arborist Darryl grew up in Tokoroa and spent most of his adult life there and is now based in Hamilton with a young family. Darryl has a great relationship and strong loyalties with several companies within the Waikato Region. Companies include Downers, Fulton Hogan, Mercury, South Waikato District Council and Waikato District Council.
Our Company
P & D Trees has a dedicated team of 2 full time and 2 contract staff. We have 2 Qualified Arborists, each with over 30 years experience in the forestry and tree service industry and are still working alongside their team every day. Darryl is passionate about what he does and is always willing to share his knowledge with his clients. Darryl’s management experience and focus on building client relationships ensure a strong, satisfied client base.

Darryl has over 20 years experience in forestry, 7 of those years as a foreman in both hauler and ground based crews. He also has 10 years as an arborist including working for large corporate tree felling companies, owning his own business, working for small logging operations and managing a full forestry operation. He has experience is all aspects of tree services.
